Personal Development Modalities
Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic modality that supports individuals to better understand their inner working system. It is based on the theory that everyone has "parts" within them, each with its unique characteristics and emotions. IFS seeks to help individuals identify and get to know these parts, and ultimately integrate them into a cohesive whole. This approach can be helpful for a wide range of reasons; mental fitness, career success and interpersonal satisfaction.

Elizabeth has completed IFS Level 2 training recognized by the IFS Institute.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Interpersonal Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that focuses on exploring unconscious thoughts and emotions that may be contributing to a person's current behaviors and emotional states. This type of therapy seeks to help individuals gain insight into how past experiences may be impacting present behavior and relationships. Psychodynamic work is an excellent modality for interpersonal growth and satisfaction.

Elizabeth received post graduate learning certificate in Interpersonal Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute.
