Treatment Methods
Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of treatment modality that helps individuals understand and heal their inner selves. It is based on the idea that everyone has different parts within them, each with its unique characteristics and emotions. IFS aims to help individuals identify and communicate with these parts, and ultimately integrate them into a cohesive whole. This approach can be helpful for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Elizabeth has completed IFS Level 2 training recognized by the IFS Institute.
EMDR; Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a treatment modality that helps individuals process traumatic memories and experiences. It involves a series of guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess the traumatic memory in a more adaptive way. EMDR has been shown to be effective in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

Elizabeth received basic EMDR certification training from the EMDRIA institute.
