EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING

EMDR is a structured psychotherapy that helps individuals process distressing memories by using bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, while recalling past experiences. This process reduces the emotional intensity of the memory and allows it to be integrated more adaptively. Over time, EMDR helps clients respond to present situations with greater emotional regulation and less reactivity.

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic modality that supports individuals to better understand their inner working system. IFS seeks to help individuals identify and get to know these parts, and ultimately integrate them into a cohesive whole. This approach can be helpful for a wide range of reasons; mental clarity, career success and interpersonal satisfaction. Elizabeth has completed IFS Level 2 training recognized by the IFS Institute.
