Elizabeth uses a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with individuals to identify and explore personal and career driven goals.

Elizabeth; licensed in Connecticut, New York, and Florida has extensive experience providing in- person and virtual psychotherapy and executive leadership coaching.

Elizabeth received her BA in Psychology from Boston College and a Masters Degree from NYU School of Social Work. Elizabeth is a certified ACC through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
