Elizabeth Seckler, ACC LCSW works with adult clients to identify areas of personal and professional change and development.

With over 15 years of direct clinical experience, Elizabeth strives to provide a confidential space where clients feel understood, valued and motivated for change.

Elizabeth; licensed in Connecticut, Florida and New York, has extensive experience providing in- person and virtual psychotherapy and executive coaching to adults.

Elizabeth uses a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to identify and explore personal and career driven goals.

Elizabeth received her BA in Psychology from Boston College and a Masters Degree from NYU School of Social Work. Elizabeth is a certified ACC through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
