Areas of Treatment Focus
Anxiety
We all need some anxiety. But too much anxiety can cause interference in daily life and relationships. With the right support, you will learn effective coping strategies and regain a sense of calm and control in your life.
Depression
Depression can feel isolating, but there is hope. I offer a supportive environment to explore your emotions and develop tools to manage and overcome depression.
Grief & Loss
No two people grieve or experience loss in the same way or at the same time. Personal expression of grief can provide clients with significant emotional relief. I am skilled to work with ambiguous loss (chronic illness, end of relationships), acute and complex grief.
Maternal Mental Health
Maternal mental health is a crucial aspect of overall maternal health. It refers to the emotional and psychological well-being of mothers during pregnancy and after childbirth. I work with clients to address PMADS and improve overall wellness in motherhood.
Trauma
Trauma can have a lasting impact, but healing is possible. I offer a supportive and symptoms focused approach to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences.
Couples Therapy
Coupling often comes with challenges. I am skilled to help couples and partners navigate relationship challenges and transgressions, while also helping clients to develop in-depth awareness for self and other.
